1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without tags or original packaging
  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as Final Sale (if applicable)

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or wrong item received)

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.


3. Return Pickup / Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
  • In case of damaged or wrong product, return shipping will be free of cost.
  • In case of other returns (size issue, change of mind, etc.), shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchange only for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size or product is not available, we will process a refund instead.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped yet.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return (as per return policy).
